Baseball Training

Pitch 2 Pitch is once again bringing opportunities to work on and improve your game this winter in preparation for try-outs, the season, and during the season.  We will be at Maple Grove Senior High as usual on Sundays to make it convenient for you.

We will be having our instructors who have played college and pro ball and we are adding high school players and Coach Darby Carlson is going to be attending some sessions as well.  We are working on building fundamentally sound players in the Osseo-Maple Grove area from ages 9 through high school and having the high school players there supports our efforts of being a community resource.

Depending on age and time of year, we have programs continuously from January through May.  Below are the available options and you can learn more and register online at www.pitch2pitch.com.  Age of program means the age the player will be at the end of the season.

January-MarchPre-Season Training Practices.  Ages 9-11 and 12-14.  Two sessions for each age group.  1.5 hour practice-format covering all areas.  Progressive program - each week builds into the next.  Encouraged to attend as many as possible.  Discount for purchasing all 11 weeks but flexibility to sign up individually.  Limit 30 players.  6 P2P instructors.  Sign up at www.pitch2pitch.com.

April:  Skill-Sharpener Sessions.  After try-outs and before we can get outside, stay sharp on your skills with a games, fundamentals, and instructor as you prepare for the season.  Sign up for all or each one individually.  Ages 9-11 and 12-14.  Each week will be focused on reps and adjustments.  Sign up at www.pitch2pitch.com

MayAssociation Player/Coach Clinics.  These you sign up through Omgaa (www.omgaa.org).  2 hours covering all areas with Omgaa coaches and P2P instructors teaching the game in a practice-format that teaches players and coaches.

For more information about who we are and programs available to you, visit us at www.pitch2pitch.com.

As in the past, we are working to bring what we all wish we had growing up - access to those who have been to the higher levels and can teach what they have learned.  See you soon!
